MARGARET F. KLEMM, Ph.D. – Educator and Aviator
Having been involved in the aviation field for over twenty years, Dr. Klemm has a wealth of technical and operational experience in corporate aviation. As a corporate pilot, Dr. Klemm holds various ratings in single and multi-engine aircraft, has logged thousands of hours and has traveled and worked around the globe. She holds degrees from the University of New Orleans, Western Michigan University and Arizona State University, among others and has taught aviation flight technology courses at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Through her consulting work, Dr. Klemm has dealt with many issues facing aviation operators, such as drug testing and human factors and she also has extensive operational experience in the on-demand Part 135 environment as well as corporate and fractional flight operations. Having served as a FlightSafety, International instructor and as a faculty member for various University Aviation programs Dr. Klemm is recognized for her expertise in corporate flight operations, regulatory compliance, human factors, safety and training. Due to her worldwide exposure and extensive experience in the aviation industry, Dr. Klemm is also a certified IS-BAO auditor, a published author and accomplished speaker.
WILLIAM NIX – Executive and Entrepreneur
Will is an executive, investment banker, and producer with extensive experience in corporate formation, operations and business affairs, as well as an attorney experienced in complex negotiations, litigation and dispute resolution in the entertainment, media, sports, intellectual property and creativity fields. He served as Co-Chair of Baker Botts LLP's Entertainment, Media and Sports Practice Group, as VP of Legal and Business Affairs for NBA Properties and as COO of the network of nearly 2,000 employees and representatives of the Motion Picture Association of America's Global Content Protection Group. He has worked closely with Internet/Software businesses as a strategist and operational advisor for many years, and has served as Producer on independent motion picture, dramatic and documentary feature films, and television programs. He also serves as Senior Advisor to the Avalon Group investment banking firm.
Will has logged hundreds of thousands of air miles, traveled and worked around the globe and has launched and overseen the operations of corporations on nearly every continent in the world. He is generally conversant in Spanish and French and has been interviewed extensively about media and law in the United States and internationally. In addition to his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, he holds graduate degrees from New York University's School of Law, Columbia University's Parker Institute of Foreign and Comparative Law and Harvard Law School's Program in Negotiation Studies. He has taught Sports Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and at Yeshiva University in New York, Entertainment and Media Law at Pepperdine's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution Malibu, California, as well as a variety of domestic and international professional courses and workshops. Among other philanthropic/non-profit service work, he has served on the Board of Directors of Project GRAD USA and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Journeys in Film, part of USC's Rossier School of Education and International Cinema Education.

CRAIG A. SIEMER - Pilot, Flight Instructor and Security Specialist
Craig A. Siemer is a pilot at Delta Air Lines, with extensive and high-level experience in Transportation Security, Federal Security Instruction, and Flight Instruction. He was the Lead Instructor for transportation security at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport; has instructed pilots at Embry-Riddle and Airline Transport Professionals; and has flawlessly logged more than 5000 hours flight time - serving as Captain, First Officer, and Flight Engineer - in half a dozen different jets, turboprops, and jet airliners, including the Boeing 737-800, Boeing 727, MD88, MD90, E120 and the Bombardier CL65. Siemer graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and has been awarded certificates for Airline Transport Pilot AMEL, B737-800 and CL65 Type Ratings, and Flight Engineer Turbojet, and remains active in transportation security. He was the 9th youngest pilot out of 10,000 when hired at Delta in August 2000. He is married and has two daughters.
WAYNE SHARPE - Composer and Music Producer
Wayne Sharpe is a rapidly rising composer and producer who has scored films from around the world. An award winning artist, Sharpe is the recipient of India's prestigious Filmfare Award for his work in Prakash Jha's "Gangaajal" and is recognized internationally as a versatile composer, scoring music for everything from Olympic themes to Japanese "Pokemon" to Hollywood scores. Despite his phenomenal success, what he enjoys most is blending his traditional composition background with musical influences from around the world, with the wonderful musicians he has had the privilege to work with.
