Charter a Private Jet to the NBAA Regional Forums

Owners, operators and manufacturers of business aircraft are always looking for new and better ways to serve their customers.

One of the best ways to do that is to get together to network, chat it up, buy, sell and share and compare notes.

It used to be that the industry in the United States had only one chance to do that every year: at the National Business Aircraft Association’s annual convention and exhibition. It alternates yearly between Orlando and Las Vegas.

Realizing not everyone can get to that event, NBAA has added three regional forums so more aviation professionals can participate.

These regional forums are held in different cities every year. The association wanted to offer a place for anyone working in the industry to “share knowledge, discuss issues affecting the region, and learn how business aviation can help companies succeed.”

The forums are also a place for those involved in the industry to figure out ways to get local leaders to understand the importance of business aviation in improving the economy and creating new jobs.

And, they allow members to see the newest state-of-the-art business aircraft, equipment and products, which are on exhibit at the forums.

The 2017 Regional Forums dates and Locations are as follows:

• Jan 26: West Palm Beach, FL
• Mar 23: Fort Worth, TX
• Sep 7: Morristown, NJ

About the NBAA

The association and its 10,000 member companies have long been partners advocating the business aviation industry.

It’s come a long way since it began in 1947 when 16 businessmen, seeing the need to promote and protect the interests of business aircraft operators, created the Corporation Aircraft Owners Association (renamed the National Business Aircraft Association in 1953). It was an elite group with representatives from companies like Bristol Meyers, Republic Steel, Sinclair Oil, Champion Paper, B.F. Goodrich and Burlington Mills.

With the creation of the CAOA, business aviation was now represented along with the airlines, pilots and independent freight lines, which had already organized.
