A lifelong aviation enthusiast and former-pilot, Richard graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Aerospace Studies. He also obtained minors in Aeronautical Science, Psychology and Aviation Safety, which set the stage for Paramount’s unwavering commitment to safety.
Today, with over 15 years of experience in the industry, Richard is widely recognized as a leading expert in private aviation. After serving as Chairman of the Air Charter Association of North America (ACANA), Richard is now President of the organization.
Richard had the honor of receiving the Embry-Riddle Eagle Excellence Award at the 2012 National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Convention. That same year and the next, Paramount was named the INC500 fastest-growing company in America.
Paramount celebrated it's 10th year anniversary in 2015 by creating the Paramount Business Jets Scholarship fund in partnership with his alma mater, Embry-Riddle, to support the next generation of aviation students.
Eric Ammon is the Head of the Paramount Business Jets Part 135 Division. He has 10+ years experience in high volume private jet charter sales worldwide and 25+ years in high end customer service. A former Airborne Ranger, Mr. Ammon's talents include superior problem solving abilities, great communication skills, visionary principles, and unyielding compromise to safety and accomplishing the mission at hand. His goal is to grow the most professional and knowledgeable TEAM of Charter Specialists the world has ever seen.
Eric enjoys a lifetime professional hobby as a latin and ballroom master dance instructor teaching other professionals how to teach.
David has over 10 years of private business aviation experience in financial and operational roles with Bombardier Business Aircraft Flight Operations. David is a graduate of Bryant College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major Accounting and an MBA from the University of Hartford. Along with his passion for aviation, David is an avid hiker and runner, enjoys golfing, skiing, travelling and spending time with his wife and boys.
David’s proven ability to build profitability and cash flow through effective strategizing and execution, complemented with his experience in building strong customer focused teams provides the key skills and experience to deliver the Paramount Business Jet’s philosophy of providing the safest, most reliable and best value private jet charter customer experience.
It is no surprise that Amanda has excelled since joining Paramount Business Jets in 2011, having already accrued an impressive fifteen years' experience in the sector. Originally from the UK, Amanda’s relentless work ethic saw her move to Florida, taking her first footsteps into the aviation industry with Virgin Atlantic.
Applying the same vigorous determination and attention to detail she had become renowned for, Amanda has gone on to become one of the longest serving members of staff at the company. An innate sense of where the industry is heading, alongside astute interpersonal skills, has helped propel Amanda to the position of Customer Service Manager.
Amanda is well-versed in life’s finer aspects; the result of a Culinary Arts degree attained at the University of Edinburgh. She has always had a penchant for throwing herself behind everything she does, demonstrated in the five years she dedicated to living in a Colorado ski resort as an aspiring professional snowboarder before finding a home in the aviation industry. This resonates with the esteemed customer base Amanda interacts with and helps explain the unparalleled connection she and her clients share. Combined with a fervent passion for travelling that has seen her explore France, Spain, Morocco, Gibraltar, India and more, it is obvious why Amanda is the perfect candidate for a career in aviation and thus so successful.
Dawod Alikozay joined Paramount Business Jets in 2016 as a private jet charter trip processing analyst. A civil engineering freshman with an associate degree in IT, Dawod was eager to expand his knowledge in a business environment. He brought a brilliant analytic mind to his role at Paramount, supported by his background teaching mathematics, algebra and trigonometry.
It was in this role that Dawod discovered an affinity for finance. He is currently taking advanced classes in finance and accounting at Northern Virginia Community College, and he plans to transfer to the University of Virginia to complete his degree.
Dawod speaks four languages fluently - English, Pashto, Persian and Urdu. He is a huge Bollywood fan, and he credits the movies in helping him to learn Urdu from scratch. He loves to play guitar and is an avid reader. When he’s not engrossed in a book, Dawod is a fitness enthusiast and a keen sportsman, listing soccer, cricket and snooker among his favourite activities.
Lilian has joined Paramount Business Jets as a Trip Processing Analyst. She brings 3+ years of private aviation experience to the PBJ team through Part 135 and Part 91 Operations, with a foundation in customer service, flight coordination and accounting. She was a key member at a start-up Part 91 and aircraft brokerage company, working as the sole representative for AP/AR and the person of contact for day-today operations. Lilian holds an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
Lilian grew up in a small airport neighbourhood near Dallas, TX that instilled her passion for aviation and has previously lived with relatives in San Jose, Costa Rica which gave her an appreciation for travel. She recently moved to Denver, Colorado where she is learning to snowboard and is enjoying the local coffee shops and brews.
Marisha Falk is an Embry Riddle Graduate earning an MBA while maintaining a 4.0 grade point average. An aviation enthusiast with over 7 years of professional experience, Marisha Falk joined PBJ straight from the cockpit. She is active multi-engine Air Transport Pilot with over 2,000 hour’s pilot in command time and 3 years of management experience. Using her corporate pilot background Marisha understands every technical detail from safety to comfort.
Marisha also pilots and races a 1350 lb. jet dragster producing 5,000 lbs. of thrust at speeds nearing 300 MPH since 2010. She enjoys horse cutting racing, and dedicates her free time to motivating young adults.
Aurora Minciu comes to PBJ with 8+ years in flight operations from flight attendant with Qatar Airways to Sales Executive and Flight Coordinator with a private aviation operator based in Europe. Aurora has a Degree in International Affairs from Hyperion University Bucharest and is highly experienced in European, Middle East,and Asian aviation markets.
Aurora enjoys a healthy lifestyle, travelling, music, European football, photography. Her goal is to one day help to open a shelter for stray cats.
Growing up in an aviation family, Elise has been an enthusiast from a young age. Elise graduated with a Bachelors degree from The University of North Texas and has 5+ years aviation experience worldwide. While living in Marbella, Spain, Elise gained a great deal of knowledge about the European aviation market as well as learning to speak Spanish. She continues to learn Spanish and hopes to learn Italian and French in the future.
Elise enjoys a healthy and active lifestyle. Her hobbies include any outdoor activities, working out, spending time with her dog, travelling, and volunteer work.
