On the other hand, if the executive were to contact an Air Charter Agent, the Agent could use his contacts to find a capable aircraft in the vicinity of the executive that could both make the long distance trip to Europe and carry the number of passenger required. This option keeps costs from both parties to a minimum, ensures a quicker and easier trip, and allows the executive to focus on the business merger, not which aircraft he needs to get to take him there.
